ARGOSY Console is pleased to announce the promotion of Timothy
Thompson to company President. In his new role, Thompson will focus on
overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization and will be
responsible for implementing the company’s strong position for growth
within the music, film and related industries. He will also focus upon
developing key alliances and product partners in other growing market
segments, such as aerospace, education, finance, government, law
enforcement and transportation.

We’ve worked together for twenty years and there is no one more capable to lead the company," says ARGOSY Founder and Director of Design David Atkins. "Tim is not only a talented leader and visionary; he’s a really good guy and a great friend."
Timothy Thompson is a twenty year veteran of business development in manufacturing and relationship building in the music, film, television, and technology industries. Since 1995 Timothy has served as Vice President of Argosy Console, where he has interfaced with clients ranging from Major Motion Picture Film Studios and Fortune 500 companies to private installations of recording artists and producers, for both their specialty and custom technical furniture needs. Thompson holds a degree in Business Administration from Columbia College in Missouri. In his spare time, he is also a guitar player for the recording group The Weekdays, which recently released their debut EP titled New Day. Timothy lives in Linn Creek, Missouri with his wife Shana and their two sons, Grant and Garrison.
