The XiO Cloud Management Portal provides Authorized Resellers and Crestron Service Providers (together, Authorized Support Providers) with the ability to easily view and access their customers' XiO Cloud accounts. Support providers can access the XiO Cloud Management Portal and create a portal account for their organization directly through their Crestron.com web account.
Centralized Account Management
Once a customer authorizes the support provider to access their account, that account can be viewed and managed from within the XiO Cloud Management Portal. All authorized customer accounts are provided in one central location within the portal. The support provider can view the status of a customer account or can launch directly into the account without requiring any additional credentials.
Manage and Control Employee Access
The XiO Cloud Management Portal solves the challenges that admin users face managing employee access to customer accounts through the portal. Employees are assigned admin or user roles for the XiO Cloud Management Portal from within a Crestron.com web account. Admins can then assign or revoke access to customer accounts for each portal user, simplifying user management and preventing unauthorized access.
Single Login Credentials
Support providers can access the XiO Cloud Management Portal and authorized customer accounts using their Crestron.com web credentials, which eliminates the need for support providers to maintain different usernames and passwords for all of their managed customer accounts.
