The VTC-4000 is a multiple VTR/DDR controller uses live-to-tape shoots, on-air roll-in, master control, machine room edits, dubbing, telecine, layover/layback, sound synching, automation.
  • Controls up to 10 RS-422 VTRs, DDRs, and/or server channels
  • Frame accurate colour framed edits, synch rolls, synched loops
  • Record modes set independently per device, any number of recorders
  • Insert and assemble editing, GPI device roll inputs, GPI backspace editing

  • 500 event memory with independent edit IN/cue points per machine
  • Support for insert edits arming of 8 audio tracks - auto detects TV standard
  • Smooth jog/shuttle knob can move VTR noise bar through still frames
  • Panel controls single VTR/DDR - add optional RM-4000 to control up to 10
  • VTC-4000-RS option adds record and playback scheduling capability
  • Optional RM-4000-S shares 6 VTRs with alternate controller
