The Ethernet-enabled NAB connects the WAVES integrated base station (IBS) to a remote location. It allows a single Eaton mass notification system (MNS) installation to encompass areas that are beyond the range of a single RF network by creating a dependent RF network at the remote location that is controlled by the main IBS. The NAB-0332 is located at the head-end of the remote system and consists of computer processor, running the latest NAB software, and an audio data unit (ADU).
