Permanent software license allows BVM-E171 to support fantastic HDR images
The BVML-HE171 HDR license allows the BVM-E171 TRIMASTER EL™ OLED critical reference monitor to support HDR images,with wide color gamut, and OLED black pictures with pixel diming and great off-axis performance. The HDR license supports EOTF 2.2, 2.4, 2.6 CRT, S-Log3(HDR), S-Log3(Live HDR), S-Log2(HDR), ITU-R BT.2100(HLG), SMPTE ST2084, 2.4(HDR).
The BVML-HE171 HDR license allows your monitor BVM-E171 v1.1 to display fantastic HDR images, with wide color gamut and OLED black pictures with pixel dimming and great off-axis performance. The HDR features are activated via the BKM-17R monitor control unit. Order the purchase key for the BVML-HE171 from your Sony sales representative, receive your activation (install) key from the Sony eCSite, then download and save the license to USB Memory. You can then insert the USB Memory to the BKM-17R to activate HDR features of your BVM-E171 with v1.1.
