The AT0 is an antenna extension for UHF system that provides a significant gain over the 1/4-wave monopole. The best impedance match is when the radials are angled downward at a 45-degree angle. This creates a 1/2-wave dipole antenna effect, so the receiving status will remain stable, giving better results than a 1/4-wave monopole antenna. With the included threaded adpater, the AT0 can easily mount on a microphone stand.
