Last month, Comprehensive Technical Group, LLC, an audio/visual, broadcast solutions and IT managed services company, organized an industry event with AVID, one of their equipment partners, at The House of Blues in New Orleans, LA.

The event was called AVID Live Everywhere!  It consisted of networking followed by a presentation/demonstration given by AVID and ended with a live question and answer session.  The AVID demonstration covered the following topics:  How Avid DNxHR and the new Avid Artist DNxIO hardware accelerate end-to-end 4K workflows, Discussion about the ISIS 1000, and The AVID Interplay. 

Attendees included industry professionals and students that are studying film creation from the New Orleans Area.  At the conclusion of the event, AVID raffled of a Media Composer Software.  The prize was awarded to Jesse Duplantis Ministries.
