Solutions to safeguard security
Fleming Gulf’s 4th edition of the Homeland Security Summit zoomed in on today’s security challenges in the Middle East. It was an ideal opportunity for Barco and Megatech to highlight how their combined offering can help companies and public authorities boost security. At our booth, we had set up a video wall consisting of LED-lit HD OLS-521 modules, thus simulating a small control room. In addition, Barco sales manager Tambi Alassker and Ibrahim Massad, Megatech’s Managing Director, jointly hosted a speaking slot during the conference. They explained how Barco’s networked visualization solutions help enhance the safety of cities, roads and other infrastructures, while allowing ready response in the case of incidents.

Leaders teaming up
Megatech has been distributing Barco’s control room solutions in Jordan since September this year. As you can read in our newsroom on the partnership, the Jordan-based systems integrator chose to sell Barco technology on account of its outstanding quality and advanced features. Barco, for its part, is delighted to join forces with Megatech, which is a reference beacon in Jordan, to meet the local AV needs. Last week's Homeland Security Summit marks the first time that Barco and Megatech have canvassed the market together.
