New York City’s busiest intersection dazzles with Barco LiveDots LED

 Barco LiveDots is lighting up the busiest intersection in New York City, bringing its ultra-high contrast LED to commercial real estate mogul Vornado’s high-profile property. Partnering with the Barnycz Group, a Baltimore-based experiential design firm, Barco crafted a stunning three-panel LED display for Vornado Realty Trust’s highly trafficked location within Penn Plaza, a thoroughfare for more than 600,000 commuters daily.


The display comprises 532 TF10 LED tiles totaling 3 million pixels of high-res video, and is driven by proprietary RMS software that enables remote management of the entire solution.  Danny Barnycz, founder and president of The Barnycz Group partnered with Barco on its award-winningAmerican Eagle Outfitters LED display in nearby Times Square, so was the first and only choice for LED.
