The interface is ideal when using more than 16 channels from a console in MADI format. The MADI-16 is a package of one IEX16L-A with the RME ADI-648 MADI to ADAT interface. As the myMix system generates its own clock, there is no need to feed any master clock: simply connect the MADI cable to the ADI-648 input and use Toslink cables to forward the signals to the IEX16L-A.
