The media engine 2 lighting is the flagship of the successful lighting and media control product range of e:cue. This exceptionally versatile yet ultra-stable unit features a front-side touch panel which enables operation as a versatile rack-mounted server, or desktop unit. The media engine 2 operates as the central control for automated shows of up to 64 DMX universes via the e:cue lighting application suite. Featuring a modular architecture the unit is easily extensible via 3 card slots for DMX output (optional, 2 Universes per card) on the reverse. The built-in Midi I/O module features Midi connections as well as 16 dry contact closures. These can be used for triggering the media engine 2 lighting from adjacent sources like switches, sensors or other third party systems. 2 x network ports, 3 x RS-232 ports and a 5.1 audio output make the media engine 2 lighting an even more versatile unit. The Windows™ Embedded operating system guarantees a maximum in compatibility, reliability and stability. Using further software options like unlimited automation or Artnet gives you nearly unlimited connectivity.
