PROJECT DETAILS: Provide AV Integration for Main Lobbies, Leasing Office, Conference Rooms, Fitness Center & Multipurpose Room.

Code 3 AV did the following work on the Wellsmith Apartments:
- Audio system with connections to Autonomic Music Streaming and XM Radio distribute sound throughout lobbies, leasing and courtyards. Bluetooth input is placed in the Leasing Managers office to allow for audio input. LED displays are mounted throughout the lobbies, offices and courtyards. Crestron control on iPad allows for individual volume control of speaker zones along with input and source changes on displays and sound system.
- QSC digital signal processor for controlled audio distribution to speakers throughout lobbies, leasing and courtyards.
- Autonomic Music Streaming devices allows for XM Radio and internet radio sources to be used on distributed audio system.
- Bluetooth wall plate adapter in Leasing Manager’s office for input to distributed audio system from Bluetooth devices.
- 34 speakers throughout main lobbies, leasing office, conference rooms, fitness center and multipurpose room.
- Crestron master controller with iPad and wireless charging station for control touch panel. Crestron controller has control over audio and video systems within the lobbies, leasing and courtyard.
- 65” display wall mounted with in recessed in wall box, Crestron AirMedia, owner provided cable tv and owner provided media player in leasing office.
- 49” display wall mounted with in recessed in wall box, Crestron AirMedia, owner provided cable tv and owner provided media player in Leasing Conference Room.
- 55” display wall mounted with in recessed in wall box, owner provided cable tv and owner provided media player in Gaming Lounge with wall mounted 5” Crestron touch panel controller.
- 55” display wall mounted with in recessed in wall box, owner provided cable tv and owner provided media player in Entertainment Kitchen with wall mounted 5” Crestron touch panel controller.
- 55” display wall mounted with in recessed in wall box, Crestron AirMedia, owner provided cable box and owner provided media player in Maker Lounge with wall mounted 5” Crestron touch panel controller.
- Two 49” display wall mounted with in recessed in wall box, owner provided cable tv and owner provided media player for Multipurpose Room with wall mounted 5” Crestron touch panel controller.
- Two 49” display wall mounted with in recessed in wall box, owner provided cable tv and owner provided media player for Fitness Room with (1) wall mounted 5” Crestron touch panel controller.
- 75” partial sunlight Sunbrite outdoor display with owner provided cable tv and owner provided media player. Outdoor display to be controlled by included remote.
- Four 43” partial sunlight Sunbrite outdoor display with owner provided cable tv and owner provided media player. Outdoor display to be controlled by included remote.
- 40U AV Rack with power distribution and mounting hardware stored in AV closet.
