Gumenick Properties is an award-winning real estate development and management company with operations throughout the Southeast. Founded in the late 1940s, the company now engages in two primary lines of business — apartment community development and operation, and new home building.

Code 3 AV did the following work on Gumenick Properties:

Install fully functional presentation and video conference suite for internal as well as client meetings. The Gumenick office often conferences with their Miami location in a nearly-identical conference room also installed by Code 3 AV.

• Table box into conference table with HDMI, USB, network, and power

Audio System:

• 4 table top omnidirectional boundary microphones
• 6 coaxial 6" recessed ceiling speakers
