The Quad-AES output is a modular digital output card for use with Ivie MAP series devices. Supports both AES3 and SPDIF formats. Each Quad-AES input provides 2 stereo paired channels of either AES3 or SPDIF input on euro-block connectors and also provides 2 stereo pairs of software selectable SPIF/DIF, or AES/EBU digital audio. AES3 (balanced and unbalanced) and SPDIF formats are continuously output on both stereo pairs. Selection of format is made by connection and no programming is necessary.
