The system consists of a small light weight lanyard held transmitter with an attachable mic that sends the voice signal via a digital encoded bit stream at high speed to a receiver. The receiver converts the digital bits stream back to regular audio output can then be coupled to an audio amplifier and speakers. This results in a conventional sound enhancement or voice augmentation system. There are 80 selectable channels available from 2.400 to 2.480 GHz available for operation. The complete system includes 2 mics, both a head mounted and a lapel mic that have a 3.5mm mini plug. This plugs into the 3.5mm port on the small transmitter. This transmitter sends out the digital signals to the receiver which decodes and outputs the signal at a audio base band level of 100 to 500 mV. The system also includes a power adapter to recharge the transmitter and a DC power adapter for the receiver. A clip on lanyard is attached to the transmitter.
