QuietTile uses additional mass and sound damping to produce a composite ceiling tile designed to reduce sound transmission through a lay-in ceiling. QuietTile sound control ceilings are installed in a standard ceiling grid and can be selected to match most acoustical ceiling tiles. Kinetics bonds the composite viscoelastic damping layer and gypsum board to the back of any standard ceiling tile selected by the designer. WHEN WALLS DON’T EXTEND TO THE DECK, QUIETTILE COMPOSITE-CEILING TILES ARE SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED TO CONTROL NOISE BETWEEN SPACES. QUIETTILE PROVIDES HIGH CAC RATINGS 49-51. DESIGNERS CAN SELECT FROM ANY READILY AVAILABLE LAY-IN CEILING TILES. QuietTile composite lay-in panels can be designed for a reveal 9/16" (narrow) grid or 15/16" standard grid. Tested and proven to provide the highest reduction of sound transmission in the industry. Achieve sound control and speech privacy in a lay-in ceiling system where conventional ceiling tiles fail.
