BEAVERTON, Oregon — As a leading provider of innovative, networked media systems, Biamp Systems has been named to the inaugural Global Presence Alliance (GPA) Global Excellence List for 2013.
The GPA surveyed all of its members around the world to rate vendors on the following criteria:
- Product innovation
- Technical support
- Sales and marketing programs
- Commercial flexibility
- Commitment to global programs
"Our survey comprised a series of in-depth questions, which covered all of the key areas that impact our customers and our ability to provide them the best possible service," said Julian Phillips, Vice President of Whitlock and one of the founders of the GPA. The award recognizes Biamp as 'best in class' for supporting their customers in multiple countries and achieving a new benchmark for excellence in supporting the needs of multi-national customers.
