XE series SD/HD SDI digital video routing switcher switches various signals, including SD-SDI, HD-SDI, and supports data rates within 50Mbps to 1.4Gbps. Switching size in a single 4RU frame is available to 64 x 64 and as small as 8 x 8. Automatic cable equalizing and clock regeneration allow signals to be transmitted over a long distance with undiminished signal quality. The XE series SD/HD-SDI digital video routing switcher is designed for data rates within 50Mbps to 1.5Gbps. It incorporates input cable equalization up to 1000ft for SD, 500ft for HD together with output lock regenerators for optimum jitter performance for data rate 143/177/270/360/540Mbps and 1.483/1.485Gbps. Mix of SD, HD, and AES within one single frame is available. Multiple control interfaces include RS-232/422, TCP/IP, CAN and C-BUS. It supports 1/2/4/8RU frames. Redundant control systems and power supply units are available in 2/4/8RU frames, which enhance system reliability.
