Digital enclosure control, third generation, revision 2 is brain of Tempest enclosure. It will maintain internal environment in comfortable temperature and humidity range and prevent condensation, real equipment killer. DEC3.2 monitors internal temperature, humidity and lamp current at all times, and uses this information to control its lamp relay, fans and heaters. It can report back over DMX cable, using RDM protocol (remote device management) if desired. Unless otherwise specified, this version of user guide refers to DEC3.2 units fitted with software version 0.1.xxx or later. High-quality, high power electro-mechanical relays provide two pole power isolation for enclosed fixture/projector in event of an over-temperature condition. Fans and heaters are switched using generously overrated Triac devices for maximum reliability. 4 DMX connections are provided to facilitate field termination of DMX inputs and outputs via enclosed fixture and controller.
