The Z-Blade 1000 is a one channel Encoding Blade (Compatible with the ZEN master premier and ultra-chassis). Capable of encoding and streaming using MPEG-4 Part-10 (H.264) compression, secondary stream for streaming high-low favors of each source, up to two stereo pairs per video source, AES 256/128-bit encryption for securing streams delivered to Z-Band’s Zip portal and IP set-top-boxes real-time resolution and frame-rate downscaling, closed captions support, 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratio encoding. Firmware upgrades available for increasing processing capacity.
