Absen Inc announces addition to Product Lines with Addition of New AX 1.5 Pro Model

Orlando, FL September 13, 2021 - Absen Inc is announcing the launch of the new AX 1.5 Pro for the American market. This model is an upgrade to the AX series that is already available for rental and staging solutions. Applications include virtual studio, broadcasting, high-end trade shows and events.

AX 1.5 Pro has a 1.58 mm pixel pitch along with a brightness of 850 nits. It carries Absen’s proprietary Mini-LED technology with 4-in-1 pixel technology within each LED pixel. With an improved contrast ratio of 5500:1 and a refresh rate of 3840 Hz, colors are more pronounced.  Each panel is 27.5" for a native 16:9 viewing experience. It is able to support FHD and 4K resolution for greater content creativity.  With its lightweight die-cast aluminium design and structure, AX 1.5 Pro supports one-man installation and with added edge protection, the panels are installed more seamlessly. For mobile solutions, AX 1.5 Pro can be flown, or ground supported. In broadcast studio applications, this product can also do a wall mounting without requirement of rear access.

The AX 1.5 Pro improved on the previous model by adding several new features including an open cabinet design for greater heat dissipation, adding module housing with handles for easier installation and maintenance without affecting the flatness of the panel. The PSU box now has a modular design that allows for easier maintenance of the power supply. Another key improvement is that panels are now front and rear serviceable, meaning that the users can service their modules from the front or rear. The new edge protection mechanism simplifies the operation needed to protect the edge pixels. It allows you to lock and release each edges with 1 action.
