Northbrook, IL: September 2011 – AmpliVox Sound Systems today unveiled a line of indoor/outdoor lecterns aimed at colleges around the country. Designed for versatility, practicality and the promotion of school spirit, the new Collegiate Multimedia Lectern from AmpliVox Sound Systems fits the bill for all types of presentations and events. Based on the popular AmpliVox “Pinnacle” lectern, the Collegiate Multimedia Lectern can be emblazoned with the college and university logos, and is available in a wide range of complementary colors.
The Collegiate Multimedia Lectern is suitable for a wide range of applications, from formal conference presentations to outdoor pep rallies. Made of lightweight but rugged hard-shell plastic, the lectern can withstand bad weather and is easily moved with its two tilt-n-roll wheels and built-in handles. An optional dashboard kit adds a 19” gooseneck mic, a digital clock and LED reading light.
“This is an exciting product for us with great potential,” said Don Roth, CEO of AmpliVox. “These lecterns provide so much functionality for our collegiate customers, and they look great in any setting. We’re confident that they will set a high standard for versatility and style.”
