Have you heard of our ClickShare Management Suite? Simply download and install this free software on a (virtual) server, and make sure all ClickShare Base Units are connected to the network. You will see all available Base Units show up in the program. Because the tool is web-based, the system administrator can use it anywhere, even remotely. So it is not restricted to the systems in one and the same site, but can be expanded to all ClickShare units in your company, no matter where they are located!
