Earl worked as Brightline’s Eastern region sales manager from 1999-2002, followed by several years at Barbizon Lighting and then Desisti Lighting. Earl arrived for his first stint at Brightline empowered with a strong lighting skill set, having worked previously as an Emmy Award?winning lighting director at KUSA . Additional relevant experience was garnered in studio operations management at WSOC and KPNX.

With Earl’s return to Brightline, the maturation of his skills is evident; having worked for several Brightline distributors, end-users, and another global manufacturer, he brings highly-relevant robust industry knowledge back to the company. Earl’s personal client lists and industry lighting awards, impressive as they are, pale in comparison to his enthusiasm for the industry, driven by an unquenchable thirst for learning.
