ClearOne Added to Russell Microcap® Index
Posted on Monday, July 25, 2011
SALT LAKE CITY, July 25, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- ClearOne (NASDAQ: CLRO), a global communications and entertainment solutions company, announced today that it has been added to the Russell Microcap® Index, following the Russell Investment Group's annual reconstitution of its indexes. The Russell Microcap Index is constructed to provide a comprehensive and unbiased barometer for the microcap and smallcap segments trading on national exchanges.

"ClearOne's inclusion in the Russell Microcap Index is a clear acknowledgement of our effort to increase the market value of the company," said Zee Hakimoglu, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of ClearOne. "We are pleased with this important milestone achievement for ClearOne and expect this membership to increase our exposure within the institutional investment community."

Membership in the Russell Microcap Index, which remains in place for one year, means automatic inclusion in the appropriate growth and value style indexes. Russell determines membership for its equity indexes primarily by objective, market-capitalization rankings and style attributes.
