The CLF-LDIMUEX is a universal lamp dimmer capable of dimming most 120 Volt AC lighting loads, such as those commonly found with table and floor lamps. Powered by infiNET EX® technology, this device communicates wirelessly with the Crestron® control system, making it perfect for both new and retrofit applications. As a wirelessly controlled Crestron® device, the CLF-LDIMUEX lets you control any lamp from a touch screen, keypad, on-screen display, or other Crestron remote control device. In addition to remote control, the CLF-LDIMUEX connects directly to the switch located on the lamp for complete in-sync control. Never struggle with multiple switch locations again.

Universal Dimming
The CLF-LDIMUEX supports dimming incandescent, tungsten-halogen, magnetic low-voltage, electronic low-voltage, LED, and dimmable CFL loads. Load detection circuitry automatically determines forward- or reverse-phase dimming mode. A standard NEMA socket connects one load of up to 250 W/VA.

Control via Lamp Switch
A common problem when connecting a lamp to a lamp dimmer is that the lamp switch needs to stay in the "on" position in order for the lamp dimmer to work. When someone wants to turn on a lamp, the natural inclination is to find the switch under the hood-not to use a touch screen or keypad. The CLF-LDIMUEX provides a local switch input thatallows the lamp switch to be wired directly to it. When a user wants to operate the lamp, the lamp switch sends a signal to the control system to turn on the lamp. This featureensures the lamp is always operating properly.

Complete Crestron Control
Because it's connected to the Crestron system, the CLF-LDIMUEX can also be controlled from any keypad, touch screen, remote, or mobile device. Tie in occupancy sensors and photosensors together with Crestron Fusion RV® software for a complete solution to effectively manage room assets.

Simple Setup
Setup is simple. A specific series of button presses from the onboard buttons initiates the wireless device’s acquire mode, so there’s no need to climb a ladder to join the device to the infiNET EX network.

infiNET EX
Ultra-reliable infiNET EX wireless technology provides steadfast two-way RF communications throughout a residential or commercial structure without the need for physical control wiring. Employing a 2.4 GHz mesh network topology, each infiNET EX device functions as an expander, passing command signals through to every other infiNET EX device within range (approximately 150 feet or 46 meters indoors), ensuring that every command reaches its intended destination without disruption.[1]

The CLF-LDIMUEX communicates with a Crestron® control system via an infiNET EX Wireless Gateway (model CEN-RFGW-EX, DIN-AP3MEX, or MC3[2]). Up to 100 infiNET EX devices may coexist on a single wireless network, and every device that is added to the network effectively increases the range and stability of the entire network by providing multiple redundant signal paths.[1] Built-in Dynamic Frequency Allocation continuously monitors RF conditions, automatically selecting the clearest channel to prevent interference from neighboring networks, cordless phones, and microwaves.
