The SLA-Micro is a Frequency Shaded Line Array loudspeaker employing a high frequency array of four 20mm drivers, in conjunction with eight 2” extended range drivers, all within an ultra-slim enclosure. It is designed to work in highly reverberant environments where very broad uniform horizontal coverage and a focused vertical pattern are beneficial. A sophisticated filter circuit sequentially integrates drivers in the array to maintain pattern control to 650Hz, and ensures a smooth transition from line-source to point-source behavior at lower frequencies. The result is very flat response and uniform pattern control, yielding superior speech clarity and musical detail.
