Luminus UV LEDs are designed to meet the power requirements of the most demanding applications including curing, rapid-prototyping, maskless lithography, as well as numerous other industrial and medical applications. Luminus LEDs help reduce power consumption and the amount of hazardous waste entering the environment. All big chip LED products manufactured by Luminus are RoHS compliant and free of hazardous materials, including lead and mercury. Luminus core board products are typically measured in such a way that the characteristics reported agree with how the devices will actually perform when incorporated into a system. This measurement is accomplished by mounting the devices on a 40°C heat sink and measuring the device while fully powered. CBT-120-UV devices are production specified at 18A. The values shown at 4.2 and 30A are for additional reference at other possible drive conditions.
