—Most versatile control products available to professionals—
Orlando, FL (June 15, 2011)—The most energy-efficient products for lighting, shading, temperature control and integration with 3rd party devices will be displayed at InfoComm 2011 in booth #2291 by Lutron Electronics Co., Inc., the world leader in the design and manufacture of light control solutions.
The annual InfoComm show takes place this year June 15th – 17th at the Orange County Convention Center, West Building in Orlando, Florida.
Energy-Efficient Light Control and Integration
Lutron designs and manufactures the most versatile light control products for a wide variety of light sources. Digital control of fluorescent and LED lighting provides a flexible, cost-effective solution that easily integrates with third-party building and AV control systems. By combining high-efficacy light sources with lighting controls, automated shading systems, and temperature control, commercial building owners are able to maximize energy savings while reducing costs.
Energi TriPak™—Lutron is proud to announce a cost-effective, wireless lighting control system for single spaces. Energi TriPak is an energy-saving solution comprised of load controllers that communicate via Lutron Clear Connect™ RF technology to Radio Powr Savr® occupancy/vacancy and daylight sensors and Pico® wireless controls. The Energi TriPak load controller offerings include: Maestro Wireless® dimmers and switches, PowPak® plug-in modules, and new PowPak junction box-mounted devices. These systems is designed for classrooms, private offices and other single-space applications where simple installation without the need for additional wiring is desired.
NEW in the Energi TriPak Family of Products
PowPak® Load Controllers—Lutron is pleased to introduce a new line of wireless junction box-mounted devices for single spaces. PowPak load controllers are available in three control options: dimming with EcoSystem®, line-voltage switching with Softswitch®, and low-voltage contact closure output. The load controllers communicate wirelessly with Radio Powr Savr sensors and Pico wireless controls, allowing for occupancy sensing, daylight harvesting, and personal control without the need for additional wires. With easy installation and simple button-press programming, these solutions are ideal for retrofit projects.
Radio Powr Savr® Occupancy/Vacancy Sensor—Lutron has enhanced the aesthetics of our award-winning Radio Powr Savr ceiling-mount sensor. The new version of the wireless sensor possesses a smaller form factor and can be recess mounted (mounting bracket sold separately). The sensor diameter measures just 3.57’’, a reduction of nearly 0.5” from the original version. The updated aesthetic assists in minimizing the visual impact of the sensor in the space.
Venetian Blinds with Intelligent Tilt Alignment™—Venetian blinds are an attractive and effective way to ensure privacy, while still allowing daylight to filter into a space. Lutron is pleased to introduce Venetian Blinds with Intelligent Tilt Alignment technology, which maintains uniform tilt and lift positions across blinds. This technology combines smooth, quiet motion with independent control of lift and tilt and features presets to recall blinds to a predetermined height and tilt angle for the ultimate in performance and style.
Sivoia® QS Wireless—Now the control of the exclusive QS shading technology from Lutron is now easier to install and control, even in retrofit applications. Using any of Lutron Clear Connect™ control systems, Sivoia QS products can be wirelessly controlled. Sivoia QS includes the entire Lutron family of automated window treatments, including roller shades, traditional drapery tracks, the Kirbé™ vertical drapery system, tensioned shades, and Roman shades with CERUS™ safety technology. Its simplified wiring and common wired or wireless communication language allow for easy integration with Lutron lighting controls. New advancements include Hyperion™ Solar Adaptive Shading for dynamic shading based on the sun’s position.
Energi Savr Node™ Product Family—Simple, programmable, and modular solutions for controlling light and saving energy in any commercial space, Energi Savr Node modules can be used to control ballasts, and connect occupancy/vacancy sensors, daylight sensors, and wallstations for Total Light Management™. Ideal for retrofits and new construction, each module can be installed locally, without the need to connect to a central panel.
GRAFIK Eye® QS with EcoSystem Technology—The GRAFIK Eye QS is a fully-customizable preset light and shade control system, providing convenient control, energy savings and enhancement of the visual environment. Armed with both wireless technology and an EcoSystem digital bus, GRAFIK Eye QS enables cost-effective installation, effortless communication, seamless integration, and complete control of lights and Sivoia QS wired or wireless shades.
RadioRA® 2—RadioRA 2 is a wireless light control system that provides convenient and intuitive control of lights, shades, audio-visual devices, and temperature in a single room or throughout a whole home. It installs easily, programs quickly and operates reliably thanks to Clear Connect™ RF Technology.
seeTemp™ Temperature Control
The new seeTemp™ thermostat puts temperature control where it makes sense, in an aesthetically-pleasing design for your RadioRA 2 system. Mount the seeTemp controller in the most convenient location possible—next to a door or even in direct sunlight, which was not previously possible with traditional temperature control. Position the wireless temperature sensor at the optimum location for measurement—away from vents and windows, while placing the HVAC controller out of sight. The system utilizes Lutron Clear Connect™ RF wireless technology, ensuring reliable wireless communication between all system components.
The Ivalo® Collection—The new LED collection of fixtures and pendants. Ivalo fixtures and pendants combine sensuous design with high-power, energy-efficient LED illumination, and can be used as a single piece or in groups throughout a space. A variety of models are available in matte finishes and custom colors.
