The RAM-DI-MO is a mono direct box that has a 1/4" input, a ground lift switch, as well as a high quality Neutrik male XLR output connector. A secondary benefit of this device is its ability to suppress input ground loops. All Ramtech direct boxes are hand-made with aircraft grade aluminum and incorporate quality Ramtech matching/isolation transformers. The quality of the transformer and durability of the direct box itself is critical to realizing the lowest possible distortion while standing up to the punishment of touring.
