RM Accounts is more than just an accounting package. Designed specifically for schools and academies RM Accounts delivers critical information to everyone who needs to know; bursar, finance assistant or head teacher.

RM Accounts
RM Accounts offers intelligent linking with Microsoft Excel so you could copy and paste spreadsheets directly into the software. Once your document has been created, it can be saved back to your desktop for quick access later. It can also now be reported upon.
The Reports function within the system enables users to see every transaction that makes up a balance and 'drill down' to open the source document i.e. the purchase order or invoice. Documents can be attached, emailed and downloaded all from within RM Accounts; so queries can be resolved without leaving the system, removing the need for additional software.
There are also a series of comprehensive workflows underpinning each function or process; so no order can be placed without sign-off and no invoice can be paid without the correct authorisation or action assigned.
