Rack mountable frame for various SDIIP option boards The NXLFR318 is a 3RU rack mountable frame capable of holding up to 18 option boards. With two power supplies to provide redundancy, the unit is ideal for interconnecting SDI equipment with IP-based infrastructure. Option boards allow 4K/HD/SD switchable signals using copper cables or fiber optical cables with SFP+ transceiver or 10GBASET connections, with audio mux and demux options. Status LEDs on the front panel of the unit allow real-time monitoring, with reference input and reference time input and output status provided.

Option boards include the NXLKIP400F SDI-IP converter board with 4x 3G-SDI ports and 2x SFP+ (Small Form-factor Pluggable Plus) ports for fiber optical or twinax copper cables; the NXLKIP400T SDI-IP converter board with 4x 3G-SDI ports and 2x 10GBASE-T ports for high-grade copper cables; and the NXLKIP450F SDI-IP converter board with audio multiplex and de-multiplex, with 4x 3G-SDI ports, 2x SFP+ ports for fiber optical or twinax copper cables and 8x AES-EBU connector ports.
