The Insight Series P3m-V is a passive custom-sizable vertical point source speaker. The P3m-V speaker is available in custom lengths; minimum height of 16.25” (413cm) and a maximum height of 100″ [2540mm]. The P3m-V contains (1) Spherical PMD for the high frequencies playing down to an amazing 900 Hz, and (2) 4.5″ Woofers to do the low-frequency heavy lifting. The P3m-V is available in a Standard Black or White finish, or for an upcharge, you can choose from any RAL Custom Powder-Coat finish, including the grille.

The P3m’s distinctive crescent-shaped woofer apertures act as acoustic lenses, smoothing the front baffle to reduce tweeter diffraction while making the two woofers behave as though they are positioned closer together, improving dispersion and reducing interference through the crossover region. Behind each aperture, Wisdom Audio’s patent-pending Dual-Helmholtz Resonator uses two slightly different tuning points to control unwanted resonances more effectively despite normal manufacturing variations. Together, these technologies help flatten the woofer response, reduce distortion, improve speaker-to-speaker consistency, and deliver more uniform tonal balance across the listening area.
