New Arkema headquarters: flex office management made easy with the all-in-one workplace app Lightwell & Me
In March 2025, Arkema inaugurated its new 25,000 m² headquarters in Paris La Défense business district.
This ultra-modern, fully digital building, which is named Lightwell for its abundant natural light, now brings together 1,200 employees in a fully flexible office environment.
The challenge: unifying all services into one solution to enhance the flexible office experience
To support this strategic relocation, Arkema was looking for a solution capable of:

The customizable SaaS application dedicated to Arkema’s headquarters was named “Lightwell & Me”—reflecting both the identity of the new site and encouraging employee adoption.
The 1,200 employees working in the Lightwell building can access a wide range of services on their mobile phone or on desktop, including:
An interactive building map to easily navigate the premises and view real-time space availability
Instant meeting room booking
A news feed to stay up to date on everything happening at Lightwell
An events calendar to ensure no team gatherings are missed
Analytics dashboards enabling managers to track usage trends
In addition, Arkema-specific tools have been integrated into the Lightwell & Me platform:
The IT Corner for submitting IT support requests
Visitor badges to streamline identification and tracking
Guest Wi-Fi access requests for visitors

Looking ahead: a continuously evolving platform
Almost a year after launch, Arkema and Witco continue their collaboration to enhance the Lightwell & Me app with new features:
Maintenance requests: Activation of Witco’s native Request Management module
Building data platform Schneider: Integration of advanced building management (lighting, heating, air conditioning) with Schneider Electric
Visitor management: Deployment of Witco’s proven visitor management service, already adopted by many clients
By gradually integrating new features, Lightwell & Me adapts to employees’ real-world usage and the operational needs of technical teams.
With an adoption rate exceeding 80%, the Lightwell & Me app has won over Arkema employees. This success is built on two key pillars: a reliable solution that simplifies daily operations and a close collaboration between Witco and Arkema’s project teams.
