A benchmark European operator, Covivio (formerly Foncière des Régions) supports businesses and regions in their challenge of how to be attractive. In 2019, Covivio broadened its offer by launching its brand of pro-working spaces open to all, called “Wellio”.

By retaining the best of coworking, and planning a responsive offer designed to constantly adapt to customer needs, Covivio wishes to transform the occupant experience, and to focus on the services offered within its buildings.

Covivio has chosen our solution in order to centralise all the services offered within its Wellio pro-working spaces, in one mobile application accessible to all occupants, and thus digitise the customer journey.

Building as a Service: a strategy focused on centralising services

Launched in 2016, Witco is reinventing user experience in the workplace by offering them centralised access to all the services available in their building (booking space and associated services (F&B), print management, concierge service, marketplace, etc.) and better circulation of information (via news, useful documents, and reporting and monitoring of incidents).

Core buildings, as well as all Wellio pro-working spaces, will be equipped by 2022. Among the first buildings to offer this application are the five French Wellio spaces (Paris, Marseille and Bordeaux) and the future Wellio space in Milan.

For Wellio, the white-label Witco application must allow co-workers to pay their rents and manage their credits, but also to be informed of what is happening in their space, to discuss with other occupants and to benefit from all the services offered, in one place.

At the same time, the platform should also facilitate the daily management of co-working spaces for Wellio teams. For this, Witco has integrated Wellio’s CRM. Booking, invoicing, customer management, etc. The flows coming from this tool are thus directly managed and controlled on their Witco interface.

From the time the needs are made known to the launch of the platform, and then throughout the year, Witco works alongside the Wellio teams to ensure optimal adoption and use of the platform. Our Customer Success managers provide advice on how to motivate the communities, and share with them the analysis of statistics on the use of their services.

Results

The application created by Witco is now deployed in all Wellio spaces in France. Several dozen messages, classified ads and events are shared there every day, making the platform a must-have for the Covivio pro-working experience.

Established in all the major European cities, Wellio will offer by 2022 more than 35,000 m² of pro-working spaces equipped with the Witco solution.
