Datapath Swing Into Action At onemedia Annual Golf Day

May 23, 2024 - The sun (mostly) shone as Datapath joined technical specialist distributor onemedia for a day of fun and friendly competition at North Hants Golf Club alongside several AV industry teams including Samsung, ProAV and GVAV.

The annual event, hosted by Datapath Platinum Partner onemedia, provides colleagues and business partners the opportunity to relax and play golf in stunning surroundings, while enjoying friendly banter and light-hearted networking.

Datapath’s team of Gregg Babbs, Matt Tibbitt, Dan Rippin and Steve Lakin – supported by Datapath ‘mascot’ and UK Sales and Account manager Adam, Marsden – enjoyed a fantastic day, but were no match for the winning team from Samsung, who finished the day with an impressive Stableford score of 64, with Matt Spence taking the individual honours with 41 points.

Following the golf, all attendees were treated to a two-course meal and a light-hearted awards presentation.

Adam Marsden commented: “These days are always enjoyable and, on behalf of Datapath, we send heartfelt thanks to onemedia for hosting a fantastic day, along with all fellow participants who helped to ensure the day was a lot of fun.”

Chris Wood, founder and joint owner of onemedia added: “What a day. Thanks to everyone who came along and took part. Some impressive golf was played as well as some “interesting” stuff, but, most importantly, everybody had fun and it gave us all at onemedia the opportunity to thank all of our partners and vendors for their continued support.”
