The EG40F is a powerful, hardware FPGA IP decoder capable of receiving a single H.264 (AVC) or H.265 (HEVC) video flow over a standard 1GB network and outputting up to 4K60, 3840 x 2160 video with embedded audio through HDMI 2.0 and 12G-SDI simultaneously. When paired with Bolin's Fast HEVC line of cameras, the decoder is capable of decoding a 4K video stream in the 10-bit 4:2:2 color space in as low as 40ms. The EG40F functions as a standard IP Decoder, capable of receiving streams in RTSP, and can upscale incoming IP streams up to 2160P. Up to 64 cameras can be configured as presets in the decoder's Web UI, allowing users to decode a stream at the push of a button. Additionally, the decoder features a 3.5mm intercom jack, allowing users to communicate with a team.
