Course Description
Level: Intermediate/Advanced
Designed for: Field Technicians and Service Technicians
Prerequisites: Level 1 Certification - VuWall Designer
This course will enable graduates to deploy, provide on-site technical support to end users and fully service the VuScape video wall controller series of products powered by VuWall2 or TRx software. The course includes a deep dive into the set up and configuration of the system, database information including backup and restore procedures and a thorough look at VuScape video card information including dip switches, LED status indicators and Genlock configuration. The course also covers scripting and troubleshooting with the most common field scenarios with a heavy emphasis on Maintenance such as installation procedures, servicing, hardware failures and troubleshooting. By the end of this training, graduates will feel comfortable deploying and troubleshooting VuWall's solutions autonomously and will be confident in being the end user's first-line of support for VuWall's VuScape series of video wall controllers and the TRx centralized management platform.
Course Objectives
1. Perform server setup & configuration for VuScape series & TRx.
2. Plan and configure multi-surface setups.
3. Create advanced scripts with external systems.
4. Autonomously troubleshoot VuWall2, TRx & VuScape server.
5. Add and replace cards in VuScape server without voiding warranty.
6. Update and reinstall VuScape server drivers.
