Penstock Quarter Apartments

Penstock Quarter is located within Libbie Mill-Midtown, which is RVA's newest, surprising, vibrant, most liveable community that forms the heart of the rapidly emerging Midtown area.

Code 3 AV did the following work on the Penstock Quarter Apartments:

Conference Room and Business Center contain Basic Presentation Systems including wall mounted HD LCD displays with HDMI wall plates and wireless wifi presentation with touchscreen based control.

Fitness Center, Theater Community Room, and Courtyard contain Entertainment Systems including audio and video systems designed for tenant ease of use. These include a Theater, Distributed Audio Sirius XM playback in pool area, and Cable TV viewing.

Lobbies, Fitness Center, and Courtyards also contain Digital Signage on 55" LCD displays controlled by stick PC.
