Spinitar: Pacific Life - Corporate Tenant Improvement

Pacific Life Insurance is a Fortune 500 company and leading Insurance provider, headquartered in Newport Beach CA . In 2010 – 2012 Pacific Life underwent a large tenant improvement project that consisted of the remodeling of all six floors of their Newport Beach corporate offices. Spinitar was contracted to do multiple projects varying in scope throughout the duration of the Pacific Life remodel. Spinitar was thrilled to be name the audio visual designer and integrator of the top floor executive space. This floor included a variety of room types which encompassed varying levels of technology integration such as: Interactive white boards, 70” interactive touch screen displays, Audio / Video conferencing with personalized audio control and speech reinforcement, 103” display in executive common area. The executive board room was designed with a progressive mix-minus voice reinforcement system that worked seamlessly with audio and video conferencing. Displays used in this space include 2x103” Panasonic displays mounted on custom RP Visuals articulating mounts. These displays flanked the 133” rear projection unit that featured a 10,000 lumen Christie projector. Crestron digital media was the audio, video and control distribution platform used to manage the various technologies integrated in this space. All of the integrated technology was designed to become virtually transparent when not in use. The goal of our design is always to compliment the aesthetics of the room while providing state of the art integration and use of innovative technology.
