Videotel Digital (San Diego, CA) Announces The HD VP70 Multimedia Video Player

Videotel Digital, one of the nation’s leading providers of auto playing Industrial DVD Players has announced the release of it's latest HD Multimedia Video Player the VP70.

San Diego, CA (PRWEB) July 27, 2011

Videotel has served the industrial video needs of customers across the country for over 30 years. Videotel supplies industrial DVD players to over 2,000 customers and some of the biggest names in hotels, casinos, digital signage, museums and hospitals. Some of Videotel's customers include Foxwoods Casino, Muzak, USS Midway Museum, Rockwell Collins, Ovation and Omni Hotels to name just a few. Now in addition to offering a commercial auto start and auto looping DVD player, Videotel is now bringing to market a line of durable Multimedia File Players.

Mark Schneider, Vice President of Videotel says "It just seems like a natural transition to offer a reliable, simple and functional line of MPEG players. We are starting with the VP70 and will release the VP68, VP77 and VP71 over the next 6 months. The VP70 is not only a full 1080 HD file player, but it's also programmed to auto start and auto loop upon power up. This hands off feature makes it a great addition to any museum, digital signage client or anyone who is looking for a simple and automatic way to play high definition video".

Multimedia players or also known as MPEG players and file players are commonly used to play ads, instructional or promotional videos. These players utilize a storage device such as an SD Card, USB drive or Compact Flash card to store various video, audio and picture files. The player reads the files off of the storage device and plays the content to any TV or monitor connected to the player. Outputs vary per player. The VP70 allows for Composite video, VGA and HDMI output. The VP70 also outputs 1080p through the HDMI output and can play content from an SD card or USB thumbnail drive.
